We welcome your application to serve in Shellharbour Community Church! This form helps us keep you in the loop about everything happening with your team, lets us know how you would like to be rostered and clarifies what you are agreeing to as a volunteer in our church. We will get back to you soon with anything else you need to know about starting to serve. 

Please note that in all child related roles you are required to hold a current Working With Children Check.

Please note down any roster preferences including times you would like to be on a month, number of services a month or family members you would like to be rostered on.

In entering this volunteer position I agree to adhere to the culture and commitments of my team as they have been communicated with me. I agree to attend Communication Hubs, and other team meetings as they arise wherever possible and to communicate when I cannot attend these. I agree with our church values and will do my best to live by them. I understand our church’s commitment to safety and am aware of our complaints procedure.

As a volunteer in Shellharbour Community Church I commit that …

• I will be at church regularly and I will encourage others to do the same. I see the importance of being planted in the house of God. (Hebrews 10:25, Psalm 92 : 13)

• I am open to being discipled, mentored and corrected, so that I can grow and be all that God wants me to be. (2 Timothy 3:16)

• I will give respect and honour to those whom God has placed over me and around me. (Romans 13 : 7)

• I will be generous in my giving – both financially and in my commitment to carrying out my responsibilities. (Isaiah 32 : 8)

• I will not be known for any of the following:
